With the events of this unspeakable act of terrorism in Charleston, South Carolina – and let’s be honest, that’s exactly what it is, I stand in unity with my brothers and sisters in Christ and the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
I will always stand with the AME Church, as I’ve been a lifelong member of the church. I will stand with this church today, tomorrow, and forever.
